No 11 - White

Wheat beer, white and fruity.
 The number eleven is a top fermentation wheat beer, slightly cloudy, not refermented in the bottle. After keeping for three weeks, it is bottled without filtration or pasteurization.
 Tasting
 With little residual sugar and a bitterness marked by aromatic notes of summer fruits (apricot, peach) and citrus, this beer is refreshing. Savor it for pleasure, as an accompaniment to shellfish, asparagus risotto or even goat cheese.

 Brewery:
 The family brewery is located in Champagne in the Nord Vaudois. After a few years of amateur brewing, they embarked on the craft beer adventure in 2015 and commissioned their current facility in 2018.
 Their first recipes include a low fermentation blond beer well balanced between grain and bitterness, as well as a soft and fruity amber top fermentation beer. Other recipes under development will soon diversify the current range.
